Accomplished manager with 35 years of proven expertise in the natural gas industry associated with Field Operations, Gas Operations, Skills Training, Dispatch Operations and Legal/Claims Department, including Cal-OSHA and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Also worked with various jurisdictions including Department of Fish and Wildlife and Army Corps of Engineers. Managed and hired over 700 employees for special project, installation of 5.8 million meters. Represented Sempra Energy utilities (SoCalGas and SDG&E) and its subsidiaries in all phases of liability and recovery claims process, including incident and accident investigations of liability analysis, documentation, negotiation and settlement authority with customers, contractors and attorneys.
